Level 5 kettlebell training is some of the most productive training there is. But don't be in a hurry to get here. Take your time and build your foundation. And as a result, you'll have even better results.

Did a 40min emom the other day, 240 reps of double clean&jerk, and then 60 reps of clean&press as a finisher. Brutal!

Very interesting! Very informative! So much food for thought...loads to think about & analyse... Thanks, Geoff!! Also, would love a long, detailed video on the differences (& similarities) between complexes & chains. I can see that they might use (& train) different (though overlapping) energy systems, but would like to learn their depths from you, incl. (but not limited to) their effects on strength, power, hypertrophy, cardiopulmonary endurance, muscular endurance, etc... P.S.: Love your wry/dry sense of humour & wit! 😀

@@NGAOPC yes agreed about calories. I had used KB muscle to lean out and put on size by manipulating calories each time I did run the 12 weeks
