Using Pela as a debuffer boosts both and it’s SP neutral just with those three. Your healer/preservation can be completely self sustaining.

I love everything about Jingliu! From her voice, design, and gameplay! Even though i just put some random relics on her she still hits like a truck! She was the first 5 star that made me get her signature LC, i'm also planning on getting her E1 because she's just that good!

I know she has a reputation for being "expensive" because of her team partners, but in and of herself, Jingliu is oddly new-player friendly because her gameplay just hands you everything on a silver platter. You build up stacks, and then she gets free crit rate, stops expending skill points, and deals splash damage. Right off the bat that negates, or greatly mitigates, three of the main "challenges" of HSR's gameplay: relic farming for stats, skill point management, and enemy prioritization. If you use her technique, then not only does she build stacks faster, but she also freezes the enemy (even bosses and non-ice-weak enemies). Again, the game's a whole lot easier if you can just skip your enemy's first turn. And then, if you're a more experienced player, then a deeper dive into Jingliu's kit only reveals more strength. Case in point, all that turn-cutting/energy management Mtashed did in this video to prolong Jingliu's Transmigration state to both maintain her personal damage and maximize the buffs from her supports.

I agree. I think she is crazy flexable with her teams. I use her with Tingyun, Trailblazer, and Natasha currently and she absolutely smacks. I did a bit of testing with her and I even did Jingliu, Welt, March 7th and Trailblazer and I just destroyed everything. Im currently Trailblaze level 31 and can clear everything no sweat.

i saved up 140 wishes for jingliu and i ended up getting e1 s1 and its safe to say I am incredibly satisfied with her. Her lightcone is nuts on her and my jingliu also does amazing single target damage because of the e1, its like the best of both worlds. 274% crit damage with no buffs, and 35 crit rate which becomes 85 crit in her state. I was satisfied with my Jing Yuan but I don't know how I can go back to him when Jingliu is ECLIPSING his damage with ease and she is so easy to build

Grim just dropped a E0S1 comparative analysis video where he determined they rank incredibly even on MoC10. They cleared in the same amount of cycles, even against Yanqing (who has imaginary weakness and massive ice res). They both cleared first half in 0 cycles and second half in 1 cycle.

Usually I don't go against what a TC says cause they clearly know a lot more than I do cause I'm just a stupid gamer but there's a few things I feel needs to be said about his advice on Jingliu. The first is pretty obvious, Jingliu isn't friendly for new players. She's strong sure, but keep in mind that for a while you don't have any healers and the first one that you get can do the job but will be taxing on them and most likely will offset the skill point usage of the team. I'm talking about the HP leeching when she's in her state here if I wasn't being clear. Second, if you pay attention to the bits you can see, Jingliu often doesn't have Tingyun's buff on her because of her talent on moving forward 100%. Debuffers aren't affected by that talent so you can use SP less often. Of course the big offset with Tingyun is her battery role which can't be discounted but still explains why Mtashed was so often at 0 SP. One last thing, in swarm disaster you'll most likely run 2 sustains, definitely for Swarm 5 so you'll have to choose between defense shred or buffs.

You don't need QQ on E4. She's plenty useful at E3. Besides, she'll come back in another banner sooner than you think. I didn't intend to get my QQ to E6 but I got her from E3 to E6 sniping for a Jing Liu (got her at 75 pity from a single pull after getting exactly e6 tingyun and QQ)

@@Final_spark_ I use QQ as a sub dps too since she mostly coasts in the background drawing tiles and SP. Unless you need another DPS, I don't think you'll need her e4 then. Tingyun is almost always in one of my teams. I use Welt as a main DPS but I think I'm going to sub him out for a Pela since I now have to raise Jing Liu and build a team around her. Now all we need is probably an ice healer so that we can build an all ice monoteam ❄️❄️❄️ that would be a COOL thing to build 😄

I wanted a single tingyun and got Jingliu early at 40 pity, and i decided to use a few pulls on the weapon banner and sniped a back to back Bronya cone and then Jingliu signature in 30 pulls 😂. While my e2s1 dan uses yukong and tingyun he deals 120k triple skillpoints and like 70k ult then 80k triple skill My dan has 82 cr 160 cd jingliu has 39 cr 264 cd. Both are fully maxed out in traces.

I have her with bronya, silver wolf, and luocha, and her damage is just pitiful.
