The investment needed to have YQ do respectable damage compared to JL is leagues different. Also, YQ is Hunt and pretty much every hunt outside of Seele struggles in AoE content. YQ could still have his uses, but if you're lacking a strong Destruction carry and didn't pull on Imbibitor Lunae or Blade, you can make a case for pulling.

In my opinion, I think you should just save for topaz and Argenti since Jingliu is just strong. Sure you'll have a good damage dealer but if that was your goal you might get bored easily. I think it's better to go for people you want like topaz and Argenti and just invest into them enough to make them strong then you can beat Moc with characters you really like playing/looking at. Unless you really like Jingliu i think it's better just to save plus she'll come back eventually. Also Jingliu is stronger than yanqing but yanqing can still clear if that's what your worried about.
