अनुभवजी, दिलसे कहना चाहुँगा के ऐसा बेहतर व्हिडिओ आजतक देखा नहीं. बीकानेर तो हम कई बार हो आए और पुरे राजस्थान की मेहमान नवाजीसे प्रभावित हुए है. घर आए मेहमान को भगवान का दर्जा देकर संतुष्ट किया जाता है. अपनी संस्कृती और सभ्यता का इतना लाजवाब प्रदर्शन किसी और सभ्यतामे देखा नहीं. जायकेदार लजिज खाना और बनाने की विधी हमें खुब भा गयी. व्हिडिओमे खाना आप खा रहे थे लेकिन उसका मजा हम लोग ले रहे थे. विशेष आभार राजस्थानी लोकसंगित के लिए. क्युँकि "होलीया मे उडे रे गुलाल" ये गाना हमने वहाँ के लाईव्ह कल्चरल शोमे खुब एंजॉय किया था. आपका दिलसे धन्यवाद.

Hi Anubhav..This episode is probbaly ur best ..As a bikaneri who left city 22 yrs back..i always feel that the real essence and quality of people, food ,tradition do not come clearly on any other vlog..Simple straight forward people who life live king size and still can survive in limited means..Gopal manage to make us all see that true essence..The language which is fast losing its sheen, with young generation.. hope u able to understand the depth, multiple words for every situation and feelings..Bikaner is not a city of bricks and mortars, its a feelings,emotion which can only be felt while interacting with Bikanris only..Also want to add one more thing..Bikaner is also famous for its sweets and only calcutta can compare in terms of variety available..Pls do cover the same.. Few noticeable thing in Rajasthani cuisine- 1. They use less tomato and more amchur 2. There are less green vegetables grown as it is a dry region so more dishes are made of besan... gatta, kadhi, sev ki sabzi, papad ki sabzi. Green veg in gravies are less common unlike UP and Bihar, where green vegetables in gravy are more dominant. 3. Since Rajasthanis use a lot of red chilly powder, to compensate that they also use a lot of ghee.
