I lived in Sriganganagar for 20 years. Born n raised there. Been to Bikaneer many times. Grew up eating bhujia. You missed one combo that is bhujia and bundi. It tastesvery delicious. 😋 Over all nicevideo and nice info given by owner at the end.

I started the video, paused for sometime, cut some onion, tomato, green chilli, put them in a katori, sprinkled generous amount of bhujia in it, added fresh coriander leaves and a little bit of green chutney. Resumed the video and started enjoying both at the same time.

Very informative and enjoyable, this was one of your better videos, Anubhavji. Mr. Purohit, in the beginning, was more bluster, but Mr. Agarwal made up for it. Learned something new about the iconic food item many of us love. The Haldiram family also has an interesting Kolkata connection, probably due to the Marwari trading community.

I am amazed at the numerous ways they have found to malign a great product. Bikaneri bhujiya should be preserved and a GI designation obtained. Also, I am surprised no one mentioned the use of an edible soil in the use of bhujiya. It is used to supplement calcium.
