I understand needing some motivation initially, but don’t rely on it. That alone will not keep you going to the gym. You literally have to treat it like a job. And if you don’t go, there should be a consequence. For example: “If I don’t go to the gym, I can’t have dessert.” Some might feel that’s OD but oh well!
