We have their Airboard and really appreciate reclaiming some of the space in our propane tank cover. I have a waterproof bag with my Equal-i-zer L-Pins and Clips, hand level, Velcro straps, hitchgrip, and gloves. When we’re parked, I put my Starlink router and cables on it. It’s a great, innovative, product.

Ordered an airboat 2 years ago. It cleared my credit card and they said it shipped. Never received it. They did not respond to my emails or return my calls.

Whoa, you got an awfully nice gift. This company is insanely expensive. We have a few similar items, older, that were relatively inexpensive and quality has been good.

I’m from Canada (Alberta) so I don’t understand the purpose of putting numbers on your RV and what those numbers are for? Where do you get them? Thanks.

The Red numbers indicate membership in the Airstream Club International. When you join the club you get a membership number. However, you don’t have to place them on your Airstream.

Last week, I ordered the air step and air board but only received the air board. Still working with the company to get them to ship me the air step. So far, not the best customer service.

Vince: Ouch !!! "so far not the best customer service" hurts us. Seriously, we pride ourselves on customer service and apologize for this omission and short delay. We see that your May 4 order was shipped same day and received by you a week ago today on May 8. We received your report of an omitted Air Step, the step stabilizer for the Airstream bottom step, promptly after your receipt. 36 hours passed before the missing product was packaged for shipment to you. Our owner is personally delivering it to the shipper today and you should have it in 2-3 days since it emanates from our CA plant to your CA address. We apologize for the delay.
