The Rainbow Rattler, as I call the new 35mm f/1.4L, is a massive comedown from the EF 35mm f/1.4L II. The longitudinal chromatic aberration correction is shockingly bad, and no professional would use this lens against a backlit tree ffs.

Nice foreground-background separation, but try not to over posed. the model. Keep her real and honest and not too stayed. or natural and engaging model posing, focus on creating a sense of connection between the subject and the camera. Avoid overly rigid or “perfect” poses that can feel staged. Instead, aim for relaxed, organic movements that keep the model looking genuine and approachable. Start by giving the model something to interact with-this could be the environment, props, or even their clothing. Small gestures, like adjusting a jacket, tucking hair behind an ear, or softly looking away, create a sense of life and authenticity. Keep weight shifts subtle, letting the model move naturally. Instead of dictating every pose, encourage fluid motion, like transitioning from standing to sitting or walking slowly. These in-between moments often produce the most honest expressions and body language. Facial expressions should be understated and connected to the mood of the shoot. A soft, real smile or a contemplative glance works better than exaggerated emotions. Guiding the model with light prompts like “think of a happy memory” or “imagine you’re alone in your favorite place” helps evoke honest reactions. Above all, maintain a collaborative energy on set. Let the model’s personality shine, and allow their instincts to guide the shoot while you gently refine the frame. The balance between guidance and freedom will result in images that feel both polished and real.

A lot of people definitely don't know what it takes. When I work six-figure jobs it takes way more effort and way more sacrifices than most families realize. Sometimes your partner just can't handle that sacrifice and you got to live with that or cut them loose. Same with going to events all the time to meet people shake hands and network it takes a lot of hard work to get the kind of results that you want. A lot of people just don't realize how much work and sacrifice it takes to be successful.
