For that panel some advice for you if you plan on keeping it painted is to scuff it up with some sandpaper and then spray it so the paint has something to stick to. Otherwise you are going to keep having issues with it long term of the paint flaking off like you have right now.

Yeah the shop I had paint it was supposed to do that. Looks like they got lazy unfortunately. I have a buddy where I’m at now who is a great painter and I’m sure will do a better job

Looks good buddy, I added a 2" Block in the back in mine with a 2.25" block in the front and it lifted the back just enough to sit it back up perfectly level and maybe a bit higher but not enough to notice and not sagging at all! plus i tow a rzr around all the time so I kind of wanted it a bit higher for when the trailer was on! And as for the rubbing on the inner fender well on back I added a little machine screw to pull in the inner fender tighter to truck because I found mine sat of the truck like 1/2" and now it hardily rubs! This is all on my 18 model too!

It’s your truck so you do what you want to it. I personally don’t like the front higher than the rear. I do have to disagree though, if you left the rear blocks on the truck it would be sitting almost perfectly leveled and would be better for towing that trailer. I have a ‘15 XL Fx4 and with 2.5” spacers like you and the rear tire well only sits 1/2” higher than the front when I took a tape measure to it. I like the stance of ur rig. I’m assuming you got those EcoBeast badge stickers off eBay like I did lol. Subtle yet awesome upgrade! Side note, my XL has the crash bars in front and back of the front tires that you cut off yours

Awesome set up! If I wanted to do a similar set up do you think I need a v8 ? My ford has the 2.7 eco boost, and I was told having bigger wheels, and tires could void my warranty because bigger wheels and tires add weight and stress on the truck/ super chargers. Did you have a vid on the install of the platinum tailgate panel? Will be looking for your re-install vid of the panel. I have the FORD Raptor style on my tailgate and the 3M just wasn't enuf. Kept falling off.

Yeah I have a video I’ll be filming in about a month and a half. Basically you need to use the most expensive 3m automotive double sided tape and use clamps for 24 hours to clamp it to your truck. I recommend doing so with the tailgate off of the truck. Subscribe and you’ll see the video soon sorry I would do it now but I’m out in California for work for a few more weeks

The reason why it gotten louder is because the tires started to cuff. Proper rotation every 3k miles could prevent that. You can see the cuffing on the front tires.

Nice truck man, I think this is the best looking year of the f150s. Did you get an alignment after the leveling kit? Kinda looks like the tires up front are wearing faster then they should be, almost looks like when a FWD car hasn’t rotated its tires. But this truck is beautiful, I wouldn’t change a thing.

The cupping is bad on those tires. I run 33 x12.50r20 on a 2.5 in lift. A 2017 f150 for that matter. I rotate the tires every 3000 miles to help with that

The tires in the front looked chewed up. That might be why they are getting louder the more miles you put on them. Running a wide off road tire like this, you have to stay up to date on rotating them.
