Do a bulk order for each isle and set the pallet down on the store floor to get your shelves filled. Whatever you have left you can put back in the storage room. The stockers can still stock the shelves as normal.

Ive found my ultimate efficiency - I do bulk order, I open it in the truck and set 2 employees to unload it. I use my cart to grab 1-2 of each item from the truck and run it as stock to the floor (almost always have available space to do that) and by the time i've done that, the employees are pulling the last couple items off the truck (and I can help with my cart if needed). I can really turn through some bulk orders and I feel like it keeps the store better stocked with my helping.
