Great video and thank you for showing how it works. Most review videos show installing and setup but not actually simulating use of the product! Ordering one for our new camper, it was a pain leveling in the past. Thank you.

You will enjoy it! I agree with you on review videos. I like to see how something actually works instead of 8 minutes of someone reading the box it came in. Haha!

New subscriber here. We obviously love your logo! Great video. We also have the LevelMate Pro and so far its been awesome! Sometimes it takes a bit of time to sync up with our phones, but overall its a solid product. We mounted ours inside the camper which has been a bit of an issue. We have been considering moving it and after watching your video, I think we will. Keep up the good work and keep the content coming!

Give this a try - turn the switch on first and wait for the 2 tones. After that, open the app on your phone. Also, Bluetooth only has about. 20-30 range. I noticed if I put my phone in my pocket and go to the back of the camper for whatever reason it will sometimes disconnect. Our camper is 34ft. So now, I lay my phone down inside the compartment and it will stay connected.

Thanks for watching! We have done over 70 trips in less than 3 year using the levelmate pro. It has helped us and saved us so much time while setting up the camper!

Thank you! This is our shortest video and it took the longest to film due to the busy road. It's only busy when we get the camera out! ha!

Thanks for this. I didnt even know Levelmate was a thing you could buy. I only heard about it because we had looked at Venture Rv and that was installed with the trailer so I thought it was something unique to Venture.

Great info, Mr. Fitch, and well explained, overall. However, a suggestion: watch the glare when trying to show the display on your phone; the glare was VERY distracting. Don't currently have this setup, but, I think, I'd prefer using the Andersen levelers for the tires, since it's a "ramp-up" type system, in case you need more than an inch, but, less than two inches. The "lego-type" blocks will be great to wider the base for the stab jacks and the tongue jack, IMO. Hadn't thought abt installing the unit in the basement; GREAT idea! Overall, super job, guy; keep up the good work! Y'all Be Safe!

Thanks for watching! The day we filmed this was a very sunny day. I knew the glare was bad, so I put in all those screen caps. I know someone that uses the Anderson levelers with the LevelMatePRO. It does work very well! We use the lego style blocks for the stab jack as well. I’ve seen folks install the receiver inside their camper, I chose the basement on the driver side due to the convenience and it has worked out very well! We appreciate you watching and stay safe! -Dave

Great Vid👍🏽, but isn't the unit installed on the Driverside of trailer? Thanks
@FollowingtheFitchs3 жыл бұрын
You can install it on whichever wall you want, You just have to make sure you select the correct setting for which way the label is facing. Ours is on the driver's side, so the label is facing the passenger side. Thanks for watching!

We have the level mate and like it but Latley we have been having trouble connecting to it. But I noticed you put it in the lower front exterior storage making it closer to ur vehicle. I’ll have to try moving mine.
@FollowingtheFitchs5 жыл бұрын
I have played around with different ways of connecting it. I think the best way to make sure it connects is to turn the switch on first and then open the app while you are near the receiver. Once it is connected it seems to stay connected pretty well. I have had trouble trying to connect it while I'm in the truck. I chose that storage location because it is on the driver side where i can get to it easily without having to enter the camper. Thanks for watching!

Do you leave level mate on 24/7 or do you turn it on when you pull into camp ground?
@FollowingtheFitchs5 жыл бұрын
I turn it on when we get to the campground. Either while filling the fresh tank when we have an electric only site or I’ll turn it on right before I back into the campsite. It will go off after an hour, but I usually turn it off, unless I forget.

Mind connects immediately, no delay like you mention

I shot this video a couple years ago. They have updated the app a couple times since then. Mine connects immediately now too. Thanks for watching!

Good walk-thru tutorial, however I'm wondering if the Levelmate Pro is compatible with my Android because I don't own an Iphone.

This video was shot almost 3 years ago, so I would think it is. Maybe check the App Store on your phone for the LevelMatePRO app. The app interface is a little different now, but the function is the same. Thanks for watching!

Great video Dave! In the past I use a 2 foot level on the floor at the door that is in the middle of my Imagine. The wife just bought this for me so my question is where do I put the level at in the camper to program this level mate? Is it fine where I've been setting the level or put it on the kitchen counter or somewhere else to get the best results?
@FollowingtheFitchs3 жыл бұрын
Hi! Thanks for watching! This has been a really nice tool for us. The video I’m editing right now was a from a site that was 27” off! You could use the the floor like you mentioned, or the trailer frame. Technically, both of those should read the same!

Hey, FYI you might look at Beech Lane levers. Seems they are better than Anderson levers .....one reason they have 10 year warranty. And cheaper. Jeff

So the camper does not have to initially level to start the setup?
@FollowingtheFitchs5 жыл бұрын
Yes, when you first get the LevelMatePRO you have to level the camper manually, then mount the box and go through the set up. After that, you’re good to go! Check out around the 5:00 minute mark for the initial set up info.

Nice Video and info. But set your level mate pro for the 1/2" you will find your link levelers are not 1" their 1.5" high...... Jeff
@FollowingtheFitchs3 жыл бұрын
Jeff, thanks for watching! The Levelmate has been a really nice tool for us. You are correct, they are 1.5". But according to the manufacturer's website they provide 1" of lift. I should have mentioned that in the video, but I didn't think about it at the time. The Lynx website says "8-1/2 inch x 8-1/2 inch with 1-1/2 inch thickness to give 1-inch lift. Recommended stacking height: No more than 5 inches."

You didn’t mention anything about the slide outs
@FollowingtheFitchs3 жыл бұрын
You would level the camper first since you should only operate the slide outs when they are level.
