This is what makes TTT2 pretty to watch. Full manipulation of the tag system with those setups.

Apparently, his main strength is his 14 frame launcher. His ws+1,2 doesn't give a guarantee of Dragon Tail anymore and his DSS+1+2 now takes damage because of it being a Power Crush move. I don't see any difference with that phenomena on what he said 10:11 if you do it on Tekken 7. He just ducked Yoshi's string and punished it with ws+2 and nothing else. It happens with any Tekken game that has that move.

Shiro Tsuki Its because Yoshimitsu has a new mid followup launcher from there now. I got hit by it a ton in Japan because I kept trying to duck the high. Another nerf is dss 4,3 ch low launcher in ttt2 is now just dss 4 knd. Also dragontail doesnt get a followup b43 or d43 anymore. Punch parry 2 doesnt give a free launcher (system change). I know theres a couple more Im forgetting. Cannot DSS from flipkicks or ff3 anymore

+CaiPhoenix Yeah, his Dragon Tail has gotten a huge nerf in Tekken 7. It's 2 frames slower and no follow up with the b+4,3 or d+4,3. It's weaker than Snake Edge now. Snake Edge is 27 frames and Dragon Tail is 26 frames (24 frames in the previous Tekken games), so there's barely any difference.

+Level Up Your Game I see. I never knew much about Yoshimitsu because nobody uses him here. People consider him popular, but nobody likes him here. All they use are characters like Lili, Mishimas, and Paul. The aggressive characters. Ugh...damn, that's worse than I thought. So his U/F+4 his now totally unsafe. In Tekken 6 I could just auto-parry anyone who hopkicks after it and DSS+1+2 armor move in Tekken Tag 2. I haven't played FR yet because Tekken 7 vanilla is the only one exists here and it has been like this since December 2015, and I don't play it so much because I prefer playing Tekken Tag 2 than Tekken 7 vanilla.
