The show (from Season 2 onward) has been shot here in Portland, and Voodoo Doughnuts (which is now a Portland institution) makes a specialty donut that's actually called the Cock and Balls. It's basically a cruller and two "puck"-shaped donuts put together and cooked, then the two round donuts and the tip of the cruller are filled with cream, and the whole thing's topped in chocolate.
