I think Levi’s powers were actually awakened when he lost Isabel and Farlan. There’s a moment when he’s fighting the titan that is very similar to Mikasa when her powers awakened.

Levi is like the only anime character I literally FEEL. he is so cool, even when he twistede his ankle fighting the female titan, the little twist even had swag LOL but the clean freak stuff i can relate to. most of my friends/family hate me because im such an ass about cleaning and things going where they need to go. this was such a good watch, im going to sub immediately. please dont stop doing what you are obviously meant to do. I cant explain how many times I awnt to make a video and express my thoughts but was too lazy to complete the action. I’ve noticed a lot of people who make otherwise great videos about AOT mispronounce most of their names. My guess is they only watch AOT in sub and therefore don’t know the actual English pronunciations. I do wish people would give the sun a change if only so they can learn the correct English pronunciations for when they make videos. For example, in the English dub, Erwin is pronounced “AIR-ven,” and Mikasa is “ME-cuh-suh.” Just a little thing I have noticed. Great video otherwise.
