Northern Kenya has a lot of potential. The pastoralist communities need meat processing centers and the Kenyan government should sign deals with meat buyers overseas to improve the earnings of the pastoralist communities in Northern Kenya. You didn't shown the latest development within moyale like the 5 star hotel built on Kenyan side recently, the first of its kind in the region.anyway your explanation is good but moyale is currently bigger than Garissa especially in economic sector. Moyale is home to the biggest animal market in the entire eastern Africa and export animals worth of billions to middle east evey month although this market is on Ethiopian Somali region side.but as local, we don't bother with this artificial border.for us we see it as one town.

Garissa is no longer the head quator of Nfd after the devolution in 2010. All counties are equal. And evey County has it's own administration independently. All county governments go under Nairobi county administratively.

Well detailed and definitely learned few things watching this video but, the population numbers projected are not accurate. NFD came into being in 1925, when it was carved out of the Jubaland region in present-day southern Somalia. NFD has bigger population than the official numbers provided. Am sure you've got the numbers from a kenyan source but trust me those numbers are inaccurate. Also if you combine all these counties and and look at the map it seems close to 40% of so called kenyan map goes to NFD. (coming from a local in the region)
