Digimon lines are loose their obviously intended canon evo lines as we see in the media but the same digimon can digivolve many different ways But yeh your referring to the digimon next manga lines

Levia X deletes a Lv3, 5 and 7 regardless of the board state, its only when there are equal or more digimon and tamers on the opponents board that it can delete a tamer.
