On those tricep pull downs...after the straight bar, do sets with the V-bar....works different part of triceps head, giving a better pronounced horseshoe of the triceps muscles...tricep is over 60% of the tricep muscle symmetry....I do what is called target training...disecting different body parts, and using techniques...I learned from people like Mike O'Hearne, Rich Piana etc...they might be super huge, but are scientists at micro-target-training....I'm 6'4" 260lbs, and 49yrs old..and been lifting since i was 12yrs old, everyone's bodies are different, so when you learn what your body reacts to the most, in diet, and training ✌️
