if we need 2 strokes, do we need to wait 1 minute between the first stroke and the second stroke? or we dont need wait and do the second stroke?

There is a wait time between each pump stroke specified on the instructions in each tube kit. The time varies but ranges from 30 sec to 1.5 min generally between each pump stroke. Many tubes specify 1 pump stoke for common measurement ranges. Additional pump strokes are sometimes noted on the instructions to offer a 2nd or 3rd measurement range of that tube.
