Because white plays NxF6+ and after the king moves they can either capture the black rook with the knight (gaining a total of 2 points of material) or take with check and after the black knight takes back they take the bishop and then pawn takes queen takes and white is up a pawn and winning Edit: if knight takes rook it's not +2 material, its +5
