The reason Lewis gets so much hate is because he's so much different from other drivers. Lewis is rich because of the huge success that he has had in F1 and people are hating him because they aren't successful like him. I feel really sorry for people like you, that always try to find the negative in everything. Billy is an inspirational young man and I agree he has amazing talent. As for what Mercedes and Lewis have done for him, apart from inviting him to a number of races as their VIP guest, ensuring he is acknowledged on stage by the crowd at Silverstone when Lewis was being interviewed, are you aware that immediately after his accident a "go fund me" (or whatever it's called) was set up and raised a huge amount was raised (in excess of 1 million pounds I think), do you know for sure that Mercedes and Lewis didn't contribute? Didn't thinks so. Try to see the good in people and life, instead of being so cynical and negative.
