I've been an F1 fan since the 90s here in America when everyone is a NASCAR or Indycar fans and a Lewis fan since he emerged in the sport back in 2007. This guy has been a winner ever since he's sat behind the wheel of a Formula car. Look at his results from his first 8 races in F1. From a phenom to a 7x world champion. Should've really been 8x champ, if not for a huge travesty in 2021 but things happen. Either way, he's the GOAT and you can't take anything away from his legendary career. I wish him the best at Ferrari but it'll be weird seeing him in red!

Since you are an F1 fan you should have known that RB’s car was the fastest for the majority of the year by Newye’s admission on an interview he gave and still Lewis in reality “won” the championship with having an inferior car! Vestappen needed Massi’s and Checo’s help at the end to “win” the championship!Facts! I try to keep my list short of celebrities who inspire me because I do not have a personal relationship with them. Lewis Hamilton inspires me. Unlike most F1 drivers, he did not grow up wealthy, he's Black like me, and most of all, he's humble and genuine in everything he does. I got burnt on seeing Lewis win but he is without a doubt a legendary driver. I think he is one of the best at managing a race and his race craft has always been on point. I would love to see him win a title with Ferrari. He would have a record 8 titles, would be the first person to win titles with more than two teams, and bring the scuderia their first title since kimi in 2007. What a way to end a formula one career.

Ferrari bought him for marketing value not his potential to win championships. His 6 championships with Mercedes were 99% due to the dominance of the Merc power unit and the money they spent prior to budget caps. Between 2014-2020, anyone driving the Mercedes would have won the championship. I'm not sure he will be suited to Ferrari. They don't pander to drivers and have little tolerance of drivers who whinge. There are currently at least 6 drivers on the grid who are more capable, faster and have more skill. Jumping in to a Ferrari wont all of a sudden make him win championships again. The time he had the most dominant car on the grid is in the past. And he needs not just a competitive car but the most dominant car and a passive team mate to win.
