Knowing how to properly use DRS and ERS adds a new level of difficulty to the already difficult pilot role. I mean, having to manage to engage and disengage the overtake mode in the right time, avoiding a collision while flying at ~210 mph and trying to prevent your battery to deplete below 20% charge in order to maintain the pace, I would say that being a pilot nowadays is also very demanding both mentally and physically. Im sorry man, but today racing is much more complex than never before, and it will keep like that, and I think it's not a bad thing at all.
