When I first heard your podcast The School of Greatness, I was in jail for the 10th time in maybe 3 years. That was in 2022. I heard episode 679 with Dr. Joe Dispenza and every word resonated to my soul. I got out and checked myself into a rehabilitation center to continue my journey of self improvement. After I successfully graduated out of rehab, I got a job and bought both of the school of greatness books and all of Dr Joe Dispenza's books. Since I heard that first episode of The School of Greatness, I've healed myself of chronic back pain from a car accident that caused massive trauma to my thoracic nerve and caused me to have PAINFUL muscle spasms that were degenerative and had almost killed me a few times. I now go to the gym and max out back and core machines. (I thought I'd never be able to go to the gym without being in intense pain.) I haven't been back to jail and I am being promoted at my job soon. I am so grateful every day for Lewis Howes and his podcast and Dr. Joe Dispenza and his books. I manifest something unknown into my life weekly now. I'm in love with life again. Thank you for your podcast!

​@ElizavyetaZone I checked myself into a rehab for benzodiazepines and alcohol addiction. I was able to wean off of benzos and quit drinking alcohol. During my stay at the rehab I was introduced to Dr. Joe Dispenza's teachings. I was immediately intrigued and I started to dig and listen to all of his podcasts. I subscribed to his website and I downloaded his meditations. I express gratitude and I start the day off by naming at least 3 things that I am grateful for. I am finally at a place that feels better than any medications I have ever taken. Now my goal is to master meditations and nothingness. It is life changing

This is the most profound interview I’ve watched. I don’t even know how this came into my feed. But I was meant to hear it, all my answers in one interview! Was thinking the same. I couldn't believe it! I've been praying for help and answers. I recently been diagnosed with degenerative spine disorder. The doctor told me that eventually, it would lead to a total loss of use of my legs. I will be starting meditation tomorrow. 😊❤

Man, the energy in this guy is other worldly. Everything he says has such conviction and principal behind it that he feels contagious. Everyone who hears him talk about this stuff has to be wondering where it comes from. I am facing a similar challenge at this very moment. It is uncanny how things just come to you. I followed Joe Dispenza for a long time. It’s time to go back. Ciao, in my childhood my favoirite thing to do was after everybody slept in bed i dreamed about how i want my life to be being great singer actor imagining places i will do concerts, travel my home everything detail. Then i became dreamy girl for everyone. They told me stop to dream slowly i stopped thinking that i just dream tried to be like everybody live in 3 dimention.😢 Became depressed person that lives day by day only struggling stuck in my past pain memory etc. Tried to do boring jobs to get salary misarable life. If i knew my soul knew what to do must have followed my intuition and live great life now im not giving up going for my real life. Do'n't give up people.

Dr. Bruce Lipton , Gregg Braden, Frank Kinslow I like comment of Frank Kinslow. Yoiu dont ahve to command your body to heal, you dont ahve to tell your body how to do it, when, some instruction etc... The body knows authomatically how to heal the system. But we are so much in our head and stress that we dont give the body the oportunity to heal, because we block it with the thoughts feelings. as Dr Joe says and other doers say Subconscious mind is just following your command of your mind, of the selflimitation etc.

I've had 2 full body casts. I run fast, snowboard, swim, bicycle and am more physical and active than any other 54 year old I ever met. I learned a lot about separation and Oneness through studying Ram Dass's material. Chakras or energy centers are very powerful sources of limitless energies. Nothing matters to your higher divine higher knowing self. It just does not matter. What matter is how you choose to live your life from where ever you might be, so choose those thoughts and feeling... if your try to frighten your higher self, its not going to be afraid because you are an unlimited being and what only matters is what you chose to let it matter. Only when you realize that nothing NOTHING MATTER can you freely create the reality you wish. Because its here at the state of absolute SELF PEACE and self love can you choose to truly focus on the reality you wish to create.
