It's okay to feel lost sometimes. Negative thoughts and failures are part of the journey. They can be tough to deal with, but they also offer valuable lessons and opportunities for growth. Remember, every setback is a setup for a comeback. Keep pushing forward, and don't be too hard on yourself.

Rhonda Byrne's insights on the Law of Attraction remind me a lot of Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich: “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.” Rhonda’s point about not allowing thoughts of lack to enter your mind is crucial. Hill also advises against dwelling on negative thoughts, as this can sabotage our efforts. Instead, both Rhonda and Hill advocate for visualizing and feeling as though you already have what you desire. This way, you're training your mind to recognize and create opportunities that align with your goals.

Some of us are in the middle of a long journey and we stop and go and live on the roadside because we don't have the courage to see the finish line. Isn't the journey the true purpose and it's the journey that gets us the growth. The growth can be phenomenonal if we stick at it every single day. I think my subconscious is teaching me today's lesson. Thank you subconscious.

You and Joe, have both been mentors of mine for quite some time, and this conversation reminded me, today...I don't have to spend my time continually stomping on grapes in a barrel, when there is wine all around me, that is so easy to access. I don't even drink wine, but it is a metaphor that arose in my mind, when I thought of how exhausted we can become in our repetitive habits of thought and counter productive behaviors. There are so many distractions in life that often knock me off my game, but today I remembered...if I can just stay aware of when I go to step in that barrel, I'll be on way for good. Love you both!! I Can say I have the personality of my dreams. Real authentic and genuine. I feel so grateful to know who I am and know how to be the real me because it allows me to attract my soul tribe. Romantically and friendship wise. I sometimes get flashbacks from when I had felt lonely in my past ( with friendships) but I remember that is not my reality anymore. I love being able to be myself and talk about anything and laugh and be present. Without worrying about how I’m sounding how I’m being perceived nothing. Guys just know this is 100% possible for you as well. Follow with intention and the practices that Joe has put for you or whatever resonates with you. But I’m truly thankful to have understood this and shaped my life in this way.

25:00 I have had a few of these lightning-bolt snap, mind changes in directory explosion moments. My most predominant was 20 years ago when I made the spur of the moment decision to give up cigarettes - and I used to love smoking, I enjoyed them alot. I remember as clear as day where I was, and it was eight thirty in the morning when I made the choice. I also remember at 14, 2 years into smoking, saying: "I will only smoke till I am in my 20s and give up." That unknowingly then was all I had to say and forget about it, which is exactly what happened. My other moments are far bigger, but they are stories for another day 😊

Next time you talk to Dr Joe, could you please ask him about heart transplant recipients? Do they have to do a ceremony to adopt their new heart? If the heart has memories and intelligence, won't it have the memories of the donor? My friend's brother, is a double lung transplant recipient, 5 years in for this super star, but the donor was diabetic and my friend's brother became diabetic after he received these lungs, had to take insulin in the beginning, but now 5 years later he controls it through diet. So just wondering, as the heart is key to this work, how would it work for a heart transplant recipient.
