I am in the process of making a major shift in my mindset, and sometimes get frustrated by the way I seem to take 2 steps forward, 1 step back, dt self sabotage...I am learning not to beat myself up, to use the negative to trigger more positive response in myself. Today I managed to 'surf' a wave of negativity by doing my yoga, taking care of my body, walking my dog, moving rocks, talking to a friend, and not beating myself up for not being optimally productive today. 42:00 great takeaway here how to become a master communicator like Mr. Mylett, he gives realistic concept to start from the ending presentation and work backwards to beginning where most people focus so much how to start and they don't know how to end. Lol he say just end it not avoid take away energy from the audience from their great speech this part is totally revalation to me! One of my intentions for this year has been to really focus on serving people.
