Don't define things! The mysteries of reality are meant to be appreciated not quantified. Understand that nature can't be confined in language, it is truly beautiful and awe inspiring. Happiness is very overrated. I wonder if animals ask themselves that dumb question. what difference would it make? If not happy, does it always lead to worrying and anxiety for not being? Maybe happiness is just like air, you just breathe it and there's not really a need to track it down over a lifetime...
