If someone were to create a custom map in the great war then the main characters would need their corresponding staff, instead of zombies its apothocans and since its a war for harder rounds friendly (under the turned effect) apothocans will spawn in to help you and the map would center around survival time instead of rounds as our heros already have staffs of ultimate power, a mystery box and perks at their disposal

would say zombies are fine but there should be apothicons like the catalysts in bo4 that spawn in every so often, i feel like characters should be able to use whivhever staff but give like an extra side ability if its the corresponding staff since characters are rng. survival time over rounds makes complete sense as it is a war and not just survival. dunno why i felt the need to write this long reply but hey :)

im sure im in the minority.. but i kinda like the artificial difficult steps. Now now... Im not too keen on mystery box rng wonder weapons.. im talking about like the voyage ee steps shown in this vid. my friend group and I failed those steps maybe 2 or 3 times but it made us redo and get better at the other steps as well.. we learned how to optimize time and get better at the overall ee. But when looking at CW maps, we finished it literally 1st try playing the map(s) and never did the CW ee's ever again after that.

Shadows of Evil is my favorite map of all time, but *shooting the boxes with lightning in SOE* to end the Easter Egg is the most pointless Easter Egg step of all time. It makes the EE _impossible_ in solo, which not only means the map can't be completed in solo, but the super Easter Egg can't be done solo. Aside from the Chronicles maps, it is the _only_ EE in Black Ops 3's Zombies that can't be done solo, all because of one step that didn't need to be part of the map whatsoever

I think by "pointless" he means hardest and some that are just tedius. The dart board isn't even hard at all. How easy do you want it to be? I'd say the ww from soe is much harder, but that's the point. Cold War specifically made ee's easier. Saying it's because of the zombie isn't an argument. You could say that about simon says on moon. (and many other steps) Cold War gives you aether shroud, decoys and everything to your advantage.

He missed the buried switches step. Sometimes you can get it right away but other times oof. And we to this day don't know how to get it first time everytime. Shangri la stepping on tiles step. One player running around the map accidently steps on a tile you have to reset. And not reset matching the symbols but wait till the eclipse is over reset the eclipse in spawn pressing the four buttons. Also setting up that pack a punch is nearly impossible four players without a mic. Lastly the majong tiles step in die rise, pointless, pointless, pointless.
