If you dont have quick revive during the Nikolai boss fight on solo, he will insta kill you. Its a very weird glitch. I had it happen to me three times before. Started drinking quick revive and it stopped happening

I’m thinking here that the reason the svu transforms into the fal out of the fridge is due to the firing sound effect. If you’ve noticed when you shoot the 2, they actually share the same sound effect. Because the Barrett has a different sound and so does the smr. But still it really should go from the svu to the Barrett out of the fridge.
