Good concise video--thank you. Any idea if it is necessary to buy additional ram if one is going to scan 50-60 page documents to a network drive? I can't find any guidance on this.

Hi Unfortunately we don't stock the maintenance kit for the CX410, however all the information you need should be on Lexmark's website. It'll be slightly different too, depending on your location, as printers in the UK run at 220 - 240 volts, whereas in the USA, printers run at 110 - 120 volts. The installation process will be pretty much identical but as the power usage is vastly different, it's important you make sure you're buying the right one. We hope this helps. Printerbase team.

This is my second Lexmark printer. No more. They are better suitable as a paper mill. Paper jams all the time. Now it jams on duplex printing.

The best solution at the moment for this would be to speak to Lexmark support directly. This would be the best way to change this correctly. The number for Lexmark support is 0870 733 7100. +Cuban Williams Hi The maintenance kit isn't a regular consumable like toner or developer units, it a set of parts including rollers that would require an engineer from Lexmark to fit. You'd be better off contacting your local Lexmark dealer or contacting Lexmark directly. Thanks Printerbase team.

It's not so hard to replace the LPR and the heating tube, but first you have to find them on the market ;) also you have to reset the fuser counter, which is the easy part ;)

Really disappointing machine, we've had one 6 months and already there's a vertical line down the right hand side of the printed pages that we can't get rid of. Toners replaced, no better. Will not consider Lexmuck in the future when we replace this unit.
