I think you would have to disassemble the plastic parts on the sides of the seats to access the seatbelts

Pop the little square plastic cover you see on the side of the seat. No need to take off the whole plastic siding. Then should be able to access the bolt

There's a plastic square on the lower outer edge of the plastic cover where it says "SRS SIDE AIRBAG"; Get a thin enough flathead screwdriver, pop that plastic square out, then there's a bolt that holds the bottom part of the seat belt on to the seat. Use a 14mm socket and extension to reach in there and turn counter-clockwise to the left to loosen it... It's on tight, so use your muscle or get an impact wrench; Once you get that bolt out, pull out the belt from the plastic slit piece next to the "SRS SIDE AIRBAG" sticker? or pry open that slit piece and pull the belt out through it! On the seat buckle/release side, use that same 14mm socket and loosen it... Hope that helps!

Did you figure that out? I’m gunna take mine out soon and I noticed they are a little stiff and I don’t want to break anything, especially since it’s cold where I live and plastic is brittle

Andyproper Clavo in stock form no. But anything can be modified. I would advise you to look at a 99 es300 for seats or an xle camry (es300 shares parts with Camry and Avalon).

Tom the long switch on the side. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a seat out, but I believe it’s the motor closest to the rails. If it isn’t moving, check your wiring and go from there.

The seat belt clip is bolted to the console side of the seat. The seat belt is mounted on the Pilar and bolts to the pillar side of the seat. You have to unbolt the belt from the seat. The clip stays connected
