I like the 6th Gen 4RUNNER but Lexus hit a Grand Slam with this GX550. Completely in a league of it's own.

The new GX 550 twin turbo V6 is extremely compact and this makes it very complex , even more so than other Lexus and Toyota Turbo V6 models - no, turbo V6 models are not the same, nor are these implemented the same way across various models. When the GX 560 needs serious engine work, be prepared for a major expense even with a warranty.

I need Brian to come shop with me. Tired of having DH shoot down my well researched choices because his 6’7” frame doesn’t fit! This one’s eliminated when it’s smaller than the Tacoma. He whined about the snug seating on the new F-150 as well. Brian, what do you fit in comfortably??

Giving people what they want like a 3rd row option, a non-detuned engine, a front locker, a leather interior option, an interior that puts Toyota to shame, sliding 2nd row seats, flat folding 2nd row seats, a rearview mirror camera, etc.? I'M IN!!! Oh wait...

It’s not really intended for off road use so there is no need for it to sit higher. It’s primarily a street vehicle with off road capabilities.

it’s 9”+ on overtrail i’ll have a 2” lift on mine shortly after delivery
