Hi, Nice video, I got the same amplifier. Those transistors Q911,Q912 and IC 901 you replaced, what are the reference. Also you removed Q832. You replaced that as well. My Q911 is burnt. Can’t read the label.

Check ACC or Switch ignition is turning off, from the head unit or main amp

Hello. I’m trying to repair a pioneer amp from a Toyota Land Cruiser prado 2010. No sound. The volumen can not move from 0. I don’t know if the problem is the amp or the head unit. If I disconnect all the wires from the amp nothing changes. Vol only can go to down 0 but no go up. I tried to clean the vol encoder but nothing changes. Can you help me please? I’m from Spain

@@kuarashi Thx. The amplifier was repaired for me. We found a break in the node, just next to it there is a ventilation hole (near the connectors), moisture most likely got there.

Q11 Q12 i guiss is for mute, and Q832 is for protect if theres a one 3ic or 2ic main amp short the Q832 job is to shut off the system amp, while cancel the Q832 check all pin out of speak if theres a dc out then after follow the line that have dc volt replace main ic that have short or troubleshot it.
