Because it upset/worried some people- I was doing car/house work before filming. Grease, tire gunk, caulk, are tricky to get off. Rest assured, washed my hands, nothing transferred- & no leather or Lexus was harmed in the making of this video, haha.

Does the turbo experience the dreaded ‘turbo’ lag? I’d like this or the 200t.. the 300 is a little out of my budget. If I had the money I’d get the naturally aspired 350 for the smoothness.
@linkylion90603 жыл бұрын
Get the 200t it's worth it once the car's computer adopts your driving style if you drive fairly quick or all out punching it the lag won't be as bad ..plus the power bands for highway pulls are 65 mph and 75 mph ..you hit that pedal at those speed it will go I guess for the tune they gave the car the turbos are just ready at those speed trust me ...if you want more out of it get a tune ..also you can get a mapping update from the dealership for the transmission just ask them ..I know lexus of Roswell in GA have a few master technicians that does that kind of work on the 200 t

Or other German cars I would not be doing the basics myself I would be taking it in for routine things if something happens are Lexus just expensive to fix as bmw or other luxury?

Please don't even compare a garbage BMW engineering to a Lexus. BMW is no where near the engineering excellence Lexus brings to the table. While I still will not take away that BMW rides way better. Where it really counts. BMW is garbage. BMW IS a pretty Chinese trincate. For the incredibly stupid. That means, LEASE, LEASE BMW. Like a Chinese trinket. When it tarnishes, throw it away. Apparently, the German company is ok with this reputation to keep you buying. Personally, i see right through you, the company not the narrator. While, I make a good living. I am not an idiot and prefer to spend my money on my $10,000 vacations, not $1,000's every other month. Yes, that's how bad BMW is. Count the number of BMW's while you drive any American block. You wiill find none older than 5 years old. Few if any. Yes, straight to the JUNK YARD! Incredible right? While you may find some redeeming features in a BMW. I have found very very few BMW owners that did not complain of the cheap plastic used in critical engine components like CHEAP GARBAGE PLASTICS IN: 1. VALVE COVERS 2. Engine Oil Pan 3. Turbo Boost & Charger Pipe 4 . Radiator Transition Pipes. 5. EVEN the water pump Propellers 6. Transmission Oil Pan 7. So much CHEAP GARBAGE PLASTIC!! THAT ROTS, BREAKS AND CAUSES the dread FAMOUS LIMP MODE BMW is known for. Run away from BMW don't walk away. I have never owned an Audi. But, I hear that they are just as bad as BMW.
@DFWsCars4 жыл бұрын
I mean Toyota might disagree and built a pretty awesome car with BMW. Just saying #Supra
@SFSraptor4 жыл бұрын
@Ferrari Dave DFWs Reviews I am very much aware that Toyota had an understanding with BMW to use there engine amongst other things. But, you will notice in my critique I am not knocking their engines. More to the point, so there is no misunderstanding. I am critiquing their decision to use a POLYMER in all critical engine components that ROTS, BREAKS, CRACKS. LOSES TOLERANCE, AND OUT GASSES "IN LESS THAN 3 YEARS AFTER THE INITIAL PURCHASE!" I did provide a SHORT LIST of where they use that type plastic and you just can't deny that driving down any block the absence of BMW's older than 5 years. After 5 years STRAIGHT TO THE JUNK YARD! Please, address these points I made and I will be happy to concede I was wrong about BMW. If you can make a good case for their BAD ENGINEER & GREEDY management goals. I am sure BMW's engine in the Supra is supported by quality plastic components that aren't GERMAN QUALITY OEM GARBAGE. Respectfully and in the spirit of exchange. They are killing the brand and they deserve to go under and take the beating American car companies took when their management decided to interfere with engineering quality control in the manner of greed. You know very well they have engineered a half life of 3 years into the car. After 3 years, the bell curves apex, it's a fast drop into decrepitnes.
@IvansBikesBmws5 жыл бұрын
Bmw kills Lexus in sales volume. Imagine the damage if the Germans price match them. Also as you step into 5 and 7 series, that is where it clearly becomes obvious as people don't want to pay 6 digit price tag for a Toyota.
@buzzbobforu5 жыл бұрын
it just proves people are stupid. Lexus IS the best quality car for the money. owned many bmws and driven all kinds of German cars since I grew up in Europe and when I was still living in europe we had very few Lexuses. but once I moved to America and started driving lexus I will never ever go back to a German car. people need to read the consumer report and educate themselves instead being brand oriented.

@YungGBone124127134 I grew up in Europe and believe you me when I tell you no-one in europe buys Italian cause it's shit. at least compared to Italian cars, German cars have a little better quality. but then again nothing compares to lexus.

It's well known world wide that both Toyota/Lexus and Honda/Acura 💩 on BMW in reliability. Buy BMW and lose 25% of it's value driving off of the lot. Plastic waterpumps, valve covers, coolant inlet and outlets, over engineered electronics. Fanboy.
