Please upload video how you contact backup camera with this unit. I installed the same unit PX6 in LX470 2003. Under front passanger side seat there is a park assist there I connect Video - and Video + extend it to player and connect with camera in the back of player with RCA connecter and purchased volt converter on ebay called PAC Volt 39 adjustable since Lexus 470 has 6volt backup camera. In my case when I shift to reverse the screen did not turning automatically to camera on screen. But in your's case screen turn on automatic on reverse camera. I need to select cam icon then back option on cam screen. Please help what to do. I'm living in north Norway. No help here. Please help.

Your side panels don't sit flush. I had this same problem with a unit I ordered from China (TopNavi). The head unit width plus the width of the two side HVAC panels is too wide for the stock cavity.
