Any warning lights on the dash as a result of uncoupling all the sensors/power connectors?

With the 2nd Row Removal, yes. The red airbag light shows on the dash. But you should be fine if you are just removing the 3rd row.

I asked my dealer to remove the seats and they said that I will have electrical issues/ problems if I do. I really want to remove them but don’t want electrical issues.
