I have a Leyland 690 engine and i have pretty much this same sound. What do you mean with need to do the tappets? Adjust the valves?

Is this leyland 0.680 a six cylinder turbo charged Diesel Engine or Six Cylinder Naturally Aspirated Diesel Engine whose sound I am hearing on this Video?

Naturally aspirated. The Leyland TL 11 engine was in effect a turbocharged O 680.
