Yes, unique design. They are only done with the 20th floor, They have 11 more floors to go to get to 31 floors. That is going to be the 3rd tallest building structure in Cebu City with 172 meters tall or 564 feet tall. The floor to ceiling for each floor is 5.55 meters average, or 18 ft for each floor average. That's tall room ceilings. I'm sure some floors are taller than others, but each hotel room floor to ceiling is gonna be a lot taller than the average height in a standard room in highrise buildings.
