Tenet Spirex Build 2021 (Guide) - Enjoy It While It Last (Warframe Gameplay)
Today we're checking out one of the more powerful secondary weapons that were released with the Sisters of Parvos update. Namely, The Tenent Spirex.
The Tenet Spirex is a projectile based secondary weapon with a semi trigger. The projectiles detonate upon contact in a two meter radius and the main projectile has a guaranteed impact proc. This coupled with the below two point five fire rate make the Tenet Spirex a prime candidate for The Hemorrhage Mod.
Things get more complicated when we figure out what is the ideal progenitor and how best to mod the weapon but it's all worth the trouble since the weapon can pack an insane punch. This even thou its best mod, Galvanized Shot is currently not functional with it. After this will be fixed the Spirex will be even more of a monster.
Till such a time I'd recommend a Impact Progenitor such as Gauss, Rhino or Wukong and after have a look at at Radiation or Magnetic depending on your taste. For the time being Impact is the best element to use on the Tenet Spirex with Toxin or cold as a secondary option.
The weapon performs very well with a cheap standard build and goes full blown beast when Galvanized and Primed Mods are applied alongside Arcane Merciless.
My only Gripe with it is in subjective gameplay. It feels weak, the effects and sounds it has don't match the awesome power of the weapon.
Objectively speaking it's still a semi weapon with a projectile attack and a small area of effect and that will simply not appeal to everyone. Let's also not forget the lengthy reload. While it may be mitigated by it's headshot buff Bullseye Reload it's still not as ideal as having a decent reload time straight off the bat.
In conclusion, if you don't mind the quirkiness and gameplay shortcomings of the weapon than do yourself a favor a get the Tenet Spirex! It's at the current time one hell of a secondary weapon.

Go for a magnetic progenitor, then mod for Viral + Heat to get 4 elements on it: Heat, Viral, Radiation, and Magnetic.

If only there was a [Vile Precision] mod for secondary... if anyone forgot, it’s -90% recoil and -36% fire rate for rifles. We could use [Lethal Torrent] with final fire rate being 2.42 after [Lethal Torrent] +60%, [Creeping Bullseye] -20% and this mod -36%. Sadge it doesn’t exist, and I don’t think we use the primary version much as well.

hey, once a week, I'd love to see you take a weapon of your choice, introduce the build you're using, and then take it with a warframe of your choosing on a steel path mission, and wreck face. I just feel like in simulacrum isn't the same as...a real situation, and hey, it could be fun to switch things up, right? especially when...sure, Mirage is great for those numbers...but maybe not for survivability when they can shoot back.

18:06 Ha! I always love it when enemies get launched into space like that due to the physics bugging out. Such a treat to see every time it happens. Anyways, for the weapon itself, the Spirex wasn't a weapon I was super interested in when the update first came out, but I've slowly been gaining more interest in picking up one for myself as I've seen more people talking about how it works, so once I finish topping off my new Tenet Arca Plasmor, I think the Spirex is going to be the next Tenet weapon I try to get. As far as it's bonus element goes, i know Galvanized Shot sadly doesn't work on it currently, but I figured I would go ahead and get a combo element for it off the bat so that I could have it ready for later once the mod actually functions correctly for it, that way I wouldn't need to go get another one in the future just to swap its bonus over from Impact to something else. I was originally thinking to get Magnetic since I've actually come to really appreciate it as a handy secondary damage type to make dealing with Corpus Shields easier without having to specifically mod for handling them, but Radiation honestly might not be bad either since the small AoE on the Spirex's shots would be able to transfer the Rad status to the area around the target I'm shooting, which would in turn offer a bit of crowd control by making those enemies go after each other in addition to helping out more overall against Infested by screwing with the auras that come off of Ancients. And while I know the 2m AoE radius on the weapon is too small to make the increase from Primed Fulmination have a huge impact on it overall, once Galvanized Shot is fixed to properly work on projectile weapons, I personally feel like it might not be a terrible thing to have in place of Hornet Strike since the Spirex will already be getting a ton of base damage from whichever Secondary Arcane you choose and the massive amounts of base damage that would be added for each status effect from Galvanized Shot, since the boosted AoE radius from Primed Fulmination would allow it to prime even more enemies around your main target with status effects before you turn to fire at them, which then means even more enemies that would already be set up to be killed with only 1 or 2 shots before you move on to the next, while also letting it be able to kill a decent amount of enemies in lower level missions from just the AoE on its own. It isn't a terribly practical thing, but with how much damage the Spirex would already have access to once the Galvanized status mods are fixed, I can't really disagree with anyone who'd rather use the slot for further status priming range instead.

@@snowball03-boop he probably just reroll the lich candidate and restart the mission again to get a new lich. For the lich hunt, I recommend Nidus with a weapon with decent DPS or just use Banshee and oneshot the lich

Aye. I understand how you feel. Problem is, adding chapters or timestamps give rise to ignorant questions. Info which was already presented or explained in the vid. These show up even as is but a lot more when a guide has stamps. As users skip to what they believe they should know, Ignore the "why" of it and than ask silly questions or point out already presented info as being something that was not said or showcased. For these reasons I removed Stamps / Chapters from the format. To fully understand and enjoy my guides a full watch is required. As for Veterans that think they already know everything but somehow still need a build 🤣 than they can skip using the fully functional seek bar.
