Keep in mind that I think his endurance effect of 30% damage support that should effect him cause it says allies so he's actually I think 370% damage when fully built like and hell have 70% damage cut on his ult if you destroy a blue card so his ult is going to hit very hard

Yeah it should apply to him, but it's probably not gonna be common that you have it active super early in the fight.
