Really awesome video, please do a playlist with all the instances at like a 10-14 key with this explanation, it's really perfect to prepare oneself for how to heal every encounter in m+, something I'd love to be able to instead of just blindly going in there and trying to figure out bosses and encounters on the fly! Also, would you say the Renew/POM build is viable in m+ or is Lightweaver just simply that much stronger for m+? I subbed because of this video, good job dude, keep it up!

Lightweaver is significantly more in control of combat but with that said, other builds are completely viable up to a certain point. I'm going to do my best to make more content that goes over off-meta / random builds too.

@@Moarcookiezlive Al right, thx for the reply. I've always been a fan of the pom/renew playstyle and just returning to priest after 2 expansions as a MW. I set up my build as full pom/renew focused so curious if I gimp myself too much and might as well get used to Lightweaver asap or if it's OK to play as I prefer (will be pugging mostly this exp).

Quick question: the Tier Set 2/4 bonus gives Prayer of Mending an incentive to press more often (to buff Heal or PoH). Does this change the build or priority of spells to weave more PoM's in?

Its tough because while yes it buffs Heal, it also takes time to cast. So its just a questions of is it better to Prayer of Mending + Heal or just use Heal 2x... For proactive healing it will be worth it but I think in the heat of intensive healing, you still will avoid pressing Prayer of Mending, I haven't checked logs or playtested in myself yet however so that may change once I actually get my tier.

Tried the lightweaver build..... Sucked at mid level keys. Swapped to the PoM build with more emphasis on AOE healing and have been so much better off! Interesting to watch others heal and their approach.

well i had anxiaty on my tank for knowing mechanics and routes and people getting on at me but was doing 12+ easy im playing my alt holy priest and damn im scared to go above a +6 +5 can be extremly easy then i go in another +5 and its hell on earth i duno if its me that sucks at healing or people just stand in everything but its putting me off making the step up to get higher keys im really stuck now as in what i wana do :(

It's good again 4 or more targets I believe which is why I keep the point there but as far as I know you could totally just take that out and use that point somewhere else.

I'm 384 resto shaman, I'm stuck on Mythic + 10. I tried a couple 11s but its a little tough getting a random group to coordinate. The affixes this week are brutal.

Yea my elvui profile is in the community discord linked in the description. For debuffs and buffs most of it is default with elvui but otherwise you just go to /elvui > unitframes > group units > party > aura indicator > configure auras

Yea lightweaver is an excellent choice for beginners (I believe I have it as the default choice in my Beginners Guide and 10.0 Mythic+ guide for holy priest on my channel)

That is just a display for the Holy Priest Mastery buff. It doesn't really do anything besides a decent heal over time effect. I just like to see if anyone is missing it in key moments.

Historically not the case and still a 1second cast time reduction is not the most incredible thing ever when you could just cast 2 heals in the same timeframe. It is a button that can be pressed proactively now to help provide bonus healing while still maintaining similar numbers of cast for heal, flash heal, and holy words.
