It's a short that was funded with a Kickstarter. The movie is still on the table but it's going to take years if not for extra funding, which is what the short is supposed to attract, I think.

Opened it up in KZbin as well as embedded on Facebook. Had to crank my volume up to max on both, and even change the physical volume level on my speaker. Which I never have to do.

I also had to crank OS master volume up to 50 to hear it properly, and even then the music sometimes seemed a bit faded in the background. (I normally use 25-30). Laptop with Realtek HD Audio soundcard and generic analog stereo headphones

Ok, I've been waiting forever for them to finish this and I don't what anyone says, I loved it! Yeah, the animation isn't CN or Disney but why don't a bunch of you take the time to think if you have ever put this much time and effort to make an animation? Could you really do better? Give them credit for doing this for their fans and just enjoy it. They have to draw two pages a week, thinking up dialogues and editing, shading, etc and it's all for us. So just enjoy it because it took a lot to do.

Having really low sound too. Laptop connected to speakers on max, system volume at half, and it's the same volume as when I have my iTunes playing (speakers at 2/3, system volume at 1/5)

Have you checked the KZbin volume is also turned up? I have no issues with sound (desktop with earphones) but I've had that issue before with videos being nearly muted for some strange reason?

Someone else said the same but yep, that's what I was referring to. I mean you've seen Richard get overexcited over the most random and unimportant or unrelated things, why wouldn't he be over-enthused by an entire nation of super-cute pastel ponies? I bet the moment he was in the world Equestria is on he'd be beyond ecstatic at the idea of going on a spree against dragons, manticores, griffons, changelings, diamond dogs etc. Sure he'd eventually move onto ponies but by then: Princess time.

Song was great. Animation wasn't as good as slaughter your world, but people saying it sucks must have no idea how expensive and difficult animation is. Rice Pirate and Harry Partridge (both excellent animators) have commented on the amount of work on twitter and how often people offer like $100 bucks for job (such as a channel intro animation) that in reality should cost 8-12 times more than that.
