Nice. I liked the tunics with the brown on over the pure white. I wouldn't use a Rubies robe though, the hoods and sleeves aren't long enough. I'd more go for that new Super Deluxe robe though even though that one is Rubies I think just made better.

Although these costumes are not movie quality and would not be acceptable to the 501st or the Rebel Legion, this is a good tutorial for inexpensively making Star Wars based costumes. Good job!

For the Japanese Kataginu I went to Walmart and bought some khaki colored fabric .It was a sort of rough material,but I just cut it about shoulder width,with both sides stopping at the thighs. Then, I split the fabric from thigh to neck length. The Jedi costume doesn't only have Japanese Character to it,but also Medieval Character,here's why... Medieval Knights sometimes wore the kataginu,but it was called a Knight Tabbard,and would sometimes wear it over the Knight's Armor. The sort of kataginu worn over the Samurai's Yoroi Armor would be called, "Jinbaori". So,anyone learn anything? My mother told me, once that it's good to try learning something new every day, because Knowledge is Power.

I was looking at a lot of tutorials online saying a gi was a terrible inaccurate piece to use, but yeah this looks just fine especially on a budget. Could even just dye the gi if White is too bright of a color.

I find making a large rectangle works great for making the oversized hood for the cloak actually. Turns out great. Also make sure you sew ties into the inside of your cloak to keep it in place. If you rely solely on a clasp of some kind it will feel very uncomfortable very quickly

Everytime I watch your tutorials, I can't help but catch a glimpse at your swords behind you displayed on the wall. I am OOH SOOO jealous of that saber(or is it a rapier?) You already know how. :) Buy a helmet -- it's too hard to make one. Make a cape. Wear a black bodysuit. Add a bunch of little boxes and thingies to a belt. Make a chest box using the same methods as used for the TIE pilot and Xwing pilot. Make shoulder armor the same way the chest armor for the stormtrooper is made. Done.

My Jedi Character's boots are military/combat/battle like brown boots with lases a zipper and 2 straps to fasten I have been using them year out to make them look weathered out battled used and with the look that She has been in war for many years
