I bought this monitor, but I use it on a notebook and it only allows me to use 1920 by 1080 resolution. Is it possible to increase this resolution on a computer with a video card? 1920x1080 is a small resolution for a 32" monitor.

No, this unfortunately does not but you can connect speakers to it with the audio wire!
