what are you talking about? over the past 9 months the price of 4k HAS SEEN MORE THEN A 50% DROP IN PRICE it's getting very affordable...and there are plenty of recording companies that have invested into 4k...

What is it with you people and 4k? Yeah it looks good, but it's expensive as fuck and affordable TV's still look great! Wait a year, they'll drop 25% at LEAST. Not to mention there isn't a whole lot that actually uses 4k resolution yet. It's just like when HD came out, you don't get HD unless you have HD output to the TV.
