I have the 55EF9500 model and the picture quality is amazing. Especially impressive is the video quality of Yiutube content. Videos have never, ever looked as good as when I saw them on this TV.

+Jiggle Squirt , lol my monitor if I leave it on for a couple hours with the same thing on the right side it burns in whatever is on in purple, and it gets annoying. This thing probably has 30FPS, and plenty of display lag.

Check and see if you can change any ABL (automatic backlight) settings and see if you notice it on animation. It was really bad on the 55" model (which had no abl settings) during animated shows like family guy. Also be interested to know how it handles motion at 4k resolution during movie playback. Does it has any anti-burnin settings since the 55" didn't have any you could change.

That moment when you get finger prints all over a brand new tv screen drives me insane XD. Especially a gorgeous tv like this. This tv now goes for $6,999.00 on Amazon brand new and just 99c more on the LG website. Still pricey but way better in my opinion.

michael barkley Seems you fell for this "quantum" hype. So much talk about the new contrast when the only improvemente is an IPS/PLS from the usual 1000:1 to 1500:1. Even VA can do 3000-5000:1 and still pale next to a plasma, and then you get OLED. Get the EG9600.

the only problem with this tv is only 20 watts of sound and 3 hdmi imputs is isnt great for a oled 4k tv other then that im sure its the best looking tv on the market with the samsung 4k tvs

I am sure Sony's OLED TVs or Panasonic's ones will be better in picture quality, the same situation is with the LCD tvs.

Lg is the only one making oled. If the other two show up with one its cause they brought panels from lg. Samsung is the only manufacturer besides then that can make oled.

98ws6m6cvert So what ??? The final product quality is the most important thing and at this point Japanese are top notch. For you to know Sony was the first to produce Oled monitor in 2007 if I am not mistaken and besides they showed their latest oled tv prototype in 2014 as well as Panasonic. Sony has the best tvs on the market now, though it does not mean that LG or Samsung have bad tvs, I just want to say that if we compare Sony and LG it's like Honda and Kia or Hyndai. Sony and Panasonic are still unbeatable.
