The big problem with this player is that if remote gets lost or quits working there isn't any play buttons on it to manually play dvds or anything. On/Off, open, close are it. Not cool

Useless! I couldnt even use for 1 hour..i sent it back..its not simple to use and the remote control was crappy the volume button was really smaller than small and it wasnt work well

I have such a problem with Netflix on this thing. I can barely get through a show or movie without it complete freezing up the player. I can’t even turn it off, I have to unplug it. It’s not my internet and the other two apps that I find relevant on this useless piece, they work considerably better. I feel like the only decent thing about this was the price, but still, roku is cheaper.
