LG Case Study: Comfort in Cumberland - The Rosenbaum

The Rosenbaum has been an iconic part of downtown Cumberland, Maryland since it was first constructed on Baltimore Street in 1899.
Working alongside the City of Cumberland, CG Enterprises proposed a mixed-use concept for the building that they began construction on in 2022. When they partnered with Aircon Engineering Inc. to assess the building's existing HVAC equipment, the two agreed on utilizing existing pieces of the system and finding a solution to replace the outdated chill water system on the roof.
