LG Cube Rotational Moulding Tool

Not only does the Jackson Advanced Engineering team machine parts for our awesome customers but we also handle new product development of Lifeguard electrical safety gear for the electrical division of Jackson Industries.
This video shows a new Lifeguard enclosure design from conception in SolidWorks to first rotational moulded components over the course of 3 weeks. This part measures approximately 100x100x140mm and is destined to be the base of an innovative new product that we'll post more about soon. Product design, tool/mould design, CAM programming and mould machining - we do it all in house.
