stopped there was no running the fan was
not running so and this there's a
compressor inside and the gas chamber
inside this was actually making some
noise initially when the first set of
technicians came and I don't know where
they're from I just got it from Google
because I just typed l LG customer
service on Google and look at the
results these two first two links
they're fake they are paid
advertisements see ad advertisement
it says LT service enter customer
service center and this one here this is
the original authentic LG service center

in geniu but most of the times people
end up clicking the first thing that
comes up see what happens see it says LG
products and services and these are
people who are trying to take advantage
of the situation when you have some sort
of issue they have no idea how to fix
this product and like I said the kind of
feedback that I gave I got from them was
crap
combination same thing goes here as well
they even they took when one step ahead
the burgundy and the LG name also their
dues we wear off the fraud and I did a
mistake of hauling them in they were
just random technicians what they were
saying was my motor fan motor was gone
and it would take five thousand bucks to
replace it
it was not sounding convinced all I do
know I was not convinced and they went
back and they asked before like some 50
root through finder bugs visiting charge
was a different story altogether so they
didn't have any idea about this the
mechanism or what part can go wrong when
comes to this easy
now the second set of people came they
were from LG basically but they were the
usual easy installation people they came
and then you look at it and they said
the board inside was completely gone so
this board the PC board inside is the
cost around four thousand to thirteen
thousand bucks Indian rupees so I was
not convinced all of a sudden the AC
stopped working the cooling stopped and
AC started making more noise I didn't
know what to do I turned it off
what was the actual issue and fix the
technicians came and they check they
opened everything in they realized that
there's a capacitor I decide the the
first set of technician they said this
during were trainee compressor comes
with no capacitor you see the capacitor
the cylindrical one so this is the usual
capacitor that that AC comes with in
this next generation dual in what way
see the capacitor is not there is what
they said but the LG authorized
technicians the actual technicians will
give you the AC they came and checked
and there's also capacitor of this kind
but they had to replace like I said the
650 bucks for the capacitor the simple
capacitor replacement so most of the
times if you're facing an issue with the
AC because of the Indian situation like
you know an interrupter we have some
power cuts and things like that and the
power supply is not very continuous
always right so for that reason you
might end up in many situations like you
your AC capacitor takes at all and
capacitor guide might go off so
replacing that capacitor should just
restore your AC's functionality back go
on then and there there's nothing much
involved and I can tell you 80 80 to 85
percent of the cases with respect to the
AC problems related to capacitors always
go for the LG authorized technicians let
them show you the ID card
