I had the same problem. I changed the charging port. But it still didn't work. I bought it from Aliexpress. My phone is LG v50. What other problem could there be?

I bet a good cover that wraps around the edges would help a lot. Wouldn't make it water resistant but would help from rain or what have you.

turn on the phone, open the camera and shoot some pictures with flash, if phone turns off you have a bad battery

@@asharyaseen3923 check your USB cable. Believe it or not sometimes they get worn out cahrge your phone slowly. I had the same issue with my LG v60 the charger port was good it would snap in and lock in place. If your USB cable feels loose then you got some dust or something inside it. The wall charger was great. Until swapped to a type USB cable that was 3.0 right away the charging speed work all over again. 1hr 15 minutes now before it use to be 2hr 28min then it turn into 6hr 48min.
